LuuBet Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the LuuBet website accessible at luubet.app, its mobile application, and all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the LuuBet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the LuuBet platform, including the associated wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Funds" / "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) amount held in a Player's LuuBet account wallet at any given time.
• "Game" refers to any gaming product available on the LuuBet platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, arcade games, and fishing games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by LuuBet to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the LuuBet platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Verification Documents" refers to government-issued identification and supporting documents required by LuuBet to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

By accessing the LuuBet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with LuuBet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the LuuBet mobile application.

If you are accessing LuuBet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

To register and maintain an account on LuuBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. LuuBet does not permit access to players under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of LuuBet, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the LuuBet platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

LuuBet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by LuuBet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the LuuBet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. LuuBet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your LuuBet account.
• You must notify LuuBet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• LuuBet will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

LuuBet reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

All financial transactions on the LuuBet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). LuuBet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at LuuBet's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your LuuBet wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. LuuBet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which LuuBet bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. LuuBet reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours where applicable.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• LuuBet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal is approved.

LuuBet may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• LuuBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

LuuBet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or has breached the applicable bonus terms.

Each game available on the LuuBet platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

LuuBet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the platform operate with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are streamed from monitored studios and conducted by trained dealers in accordance with established game procedures.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable games, or by live dealer procedures for live table games.
• LuuBet does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, LuuBet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
• Bets placed and accepted prior to a technical failure are settled based on the available game data at the time of the failure. Where data is insufficient to determine an outcome, the bet will be voided.
• LuuBet's decision on all game-related disputes is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LuuBet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the LuuBet platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such discovery must be reported to LuuBet immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the LuuBet platform or the experience of other Players.

LuuBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. LuuBet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the LuuBet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the LuuBet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of LuuBet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the LuuBet platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from LuuBet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of LuuBet's intellectual property may result in legal action. The LuuBet name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of LuuBet and may not be used without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuuBet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the LuuBet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond LuuBet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in platform content, game information, or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

LuuBet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LuuBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the LuuBet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the LuuBet Privacy Policy.

LuuBet will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as described in the Privacy Policy. LuuBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• The Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
• Closure is required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, LuuBet reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting LuuBet's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and LuuBet, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.

LuuBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, LuuBet will notify Players by posting the updated terms on the platform with a revised effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

Your continued use of the LuuBet platform after the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
